ONLINE RAFFLE FOR RICHARD PREEST RAFFLE RULES & REGULATIONS.

1) Eligibility: Employees of Richard Preest Raffle are not e;igible for the drawings. Contest is open to persons 18 of age or older.

​

2) Richard Preest Drawings and Notification: RICHARD PREEST RAFFLE, the winner will be determined by a random drawing odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be announced via a live online video and will also be emailed the information. The winner will be contacted by a representative of RICHARD PREEST RAFFLE or a Prize Sponsor to discuss the winnings and how you will receive you prize. The prizes will be then given in the form of vouchers for the exact items in the raffle nothing else to the winner to receive the prizes won. The Prize Sponsor reserves the right to subatitute cash value for prizes.

3) The purchase of one raffle ticket is £20. Ticket entries can be purchased from this website, https://countrywaysgundogs.wixsite.com/raffle. Tickets must be purchased by bank transfer, if the money is returned unpaid by the bank, the entry ticket(s) will be invalid. Entrant will also be subject to all associated bank fees. All entry purchases are final and non-refundable.

 

4) Winners agree to comply with all raffle regulations regarding raffle winnings. Winner agrees to furnish RICHARD PREEST RAFFLE with his/her variable identity via ID, Credit Card etc. and confirm they are over 18years of age.

5) The winner of the raffle is entitled to the items of the raffle listed, Nomad UK Grouse coat/Ladies coat, Ariat Catalyst VX Defiant GTX 10" Boots, Fortis training vest and waterproof leggings. The winner must be at least 18 years of age or older and have a valid form of ID.

​

6) Winner will assume and be responsible of all winnings after voucher is given and for all other fees needed after the raffle as been dealt. 

​

7) The winner of the raffle must claim the prize with 7 days of the drawing, if the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days of the drawing, by responding to telephonic or written notice from RPR or otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and redrawn. After the prize is claimed, winner must abide by any restrictions placed on voucher by the issuing donor (e.g. expiration date for use.)

8) Purchasers of raffle tickets must legibly write their full names, email and telephone numbers for each individual submission. If there is a multiple entry for one ticket the sole responsibility of the entrant to allocate any such prize among the participants in any multiple party entry.

9) Purchasers of tickets, by participating in the raffle, release RPR, its directors, officers, members and agents from any and all liability, loss or claim arising out of any raffle prize, after voucher has been given responsibility will become the prize winner and any claims to be made for the prizes should be brought to the prize owners (e.g. Ariat etc).

​

10) Any and all disputes, claims and controversies concerning the raffle shall be submitted to and resolved by binding arbitration, to be conducted under arbitration rules in United Kingdom.

11) Prize is not redeemable for cash.

​

18) Raffle is void where prohibited.

19) Winner agree to allow RPR to publish their names and photographs on the RPR's website and Facebook page.
